Process
Breaking down the project
Firstly, I conducted user research to understand the needs and identify pain points with existing customers and payment plans.
Building on strong foundations
Based on this research, I created wireframes to map out the section functionality and structure. First step was creating the low fidelity wireframes to properly accommodate information and pictures with a balanced layout. Next Step was creating a High-fidelity wireframe with final images and text to get a visual idea on what needed to be developed.
Collaborating with the internal team
Throughout the process, I worked closely with the client and development team to ensure the page met their needs and aligned with the page structure.
Outcome
The second-to-last picture shows the final wireframe with the information and some styling, like text links, image placement, and icons. The last image is the final product displayed on the website, with a header image that changes monthly, all within a seamless and intuitive experience.
As a result, the furniture shop saw an increase in user engagement and loyalty, and the payment option became an essential part of their overall customer experience.
